Why don't I have an order confirmation in my inbox?

Many of our customers didn't receive their confirmations after ordering because:

  • There was a typo in the e-mail address they entered.
  • They didn't provide an e-mail in their order form.
  • Our confirmation e-mails were filtered into their Spam or Junk folders.

If you're sure that you provided your correct e-mail address, kindly check your spam folder. Otherwise, contact our store to receive free assistance from our dedicated customer service team.

I changed my phone number or e-mail before receiving my order. Will I still get it?

Absolutely! You may reach out to our customer service team to update your contact details.

Please note that we cannot change any of your details once your order has left our fulfillment center. However, you should still receive your order at your place of work or residence provided in your order form even if your contact details may have changed.

How do I know my order's on the way?

You may go to Track Order and enter the tracking number sent to your e-mail to monitor your delivery.

My tracking number doesn't work!

No worries! Your order's still on its way to your doorstep. Your courier simply needs to update your tracking number.
