LunoBaby only ships to USA domestic customers, and we do not provide international shipping.

2. Warehouse Location

The LunoBaby warehouse is located in the United States.

3. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within two business days.

4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

LunoBaby provides free shipping on all orders with a standard delivery time of 3-5 business days in the US.

5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

LunoBaby currently does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number within 3 business days.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LunoBaby is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

8. Damages

LunoBaby is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
